Appointment Policy
To help us provide the best possible experience, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your treatment and, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
If you anticipate being late, please contact our team as soon as possible. Any applicable fees will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation & No-Show Policy below.
No-Show + Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hour notice so we have the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another patient.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee. Please call, text, or contact our office as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Refund Policy
All treatments, procedures, and prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable. In certain circumstances, unused credit from a prepaid treatment or package may be applied toward another eligible treatment or product at management’s discretion.
Unopened and unused retail products may be eligible for exchange when returned in their original, sealed packaging. Prescription products and medications are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Children Policy
To maintain a safe, comfortable environment for our patients and team, we kindly ask that childcare arrangements be made prior to your appointment. Children should not accompany patients into treatment areas and may not be left unattended in the reception area.
Service Animal + Pet Policy
For the comfort and safety of our patients and team, pets are not permitted inside Elara. Service animals trained to assist an individual with a disability are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
If you arrive with an animal that is not a service animal, you will be asked to make arrangements for the animal outside of the practice before your appointment can begin.
